Yogiware Technologies Private Limited(“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates “Unity The app(hereinafter referred to as “Service) having its Registered Office at PJ CHS, SECTOR 5A, Panvel, Raigad, Maharashtra, India – 410206.

Our Privacy Policy governs your visit to www.unitytheapp.com and explains how we collect, safeguard, and disclose information that results from your use of our Service.

We use your data to provide and improve Service.

SERVICE means the services identified & outlines on www.unitytheapp.com & Unity Application by Yogiware Technologies Private Limited .

USAGE DATA is data collected automatically either generated by the use of Service or from Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit or through the interaction via email, phone call, form filling etc).

a) Content you create, like posts, comments, or audios.

b) Content you provide through our camera feature on your camera roll settings or through our voice-enabled features

c) Messages you send and receive including their content subject to applicable law. We cannot see the content of messages unless the users report them to us for reveal.

d) Type of content including ads, you view or interact with and how you interact with it.

e) Apps and features you used and what actions you take in them.

f) Hashtags you use.

g) The time, frequency, and duration of your activities on our application.

4. Information with Special Protections

You might choose to provide information about your religious views, your sexual orientation, political views, health, racial or ethnic origin, philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership. These and other types of information could have special protection under the laws of your jurisdiction.

OUR APPLICATION OFFERS USERS THE FREEDOM TO GENERATE AND SHARE A WIDE RANGE OF CONTENT INDEPENDENTLY. IT’S IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT YOGIWARE NEITHER TAKES OWNERSHIP NOR EXERCISES CONTROL OVER THE CONTENT POSTED BY USERS. USERS BEAR FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ACCURACY AND AUTHENTICITY OF THEIR POSTED CONTENT, AND THOSE ACCESSING OR RELYING ON SUCH CONTENT DO SO AT THEIR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK. WHILE OUR APPLICATION FACILITATES CONTENT SHARING, YOGIWARE DO NOT ENDORSE OR GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF USER-GENERATED CONTENT, NOR DO YOGIWARE MEDIATE OR RESOLVE DISPUTES ARISING FROM IT. YOGIWARE’S COMMITMENT IS TO PROVIDE A SPACE FOR CREATIVE EXPRESSION WHILE ABSOLVING IT FROM ANY LIABILITY RELATED TO USER-GENERATED CONTENT.

5. Types of Data Collected

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Data”). Personally identifiable information may include:

1) Aadhar/Voter ID Details

2) Email address

3) First name and last name

5) ZIP Code

6) Date of Birth

7) Problems/Issues related directly or indirectly to the user BUT disclosed by user while availing our mentioned services related to point 0.1 – 0.6.

10) Audio/video recorded by Yogiware while using Unity by users.

11) Behavioural data (e.g., browsing history, search queries, content interaction)

12) Political and social affiliations or opinions.

13) Usage patterns and analytics (e.g., time spent on the platform, features used)

14) Customer support interactions (e.g., chat logs, emails, support tickets)

15) App, Browser and Device Information

Note: Yogiware do not retain Aadhaar/Voter ID details of Users.

6. Cookies and Usage Data

We may use your Personal Data to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link mentioned on the marketing or promotional emails.

We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access Service by or through any device (“Usage Data”).

The data created/mined by the user like the details (age, address, payment mode etc) shall be owned by the Yogiware Technologies Private Limited/the company.

This Usage Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

By creating, uploading, posting, sending, receiving, storing, or otherwise making available any User Content on or through the Yogiware’s Application (Unity The app), you grant to the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual (or for the term of the protection) right/authority to such User Content to access, use, store, copy, modify, prepare derivative works of, distribute, publish, transmit, stream, broadcast, and otherwise exploit in any manner such User Content to provide and/or promote the application, in any media or platform.

You are solely responsible for all the Content that you make available on or through the application (Unity The app). Accordingly, you represent and warrant that:

1) You either are the sole and exclusive owner of all the Content that you make available on or through the application (Unity The app) or you have all rights, licenses, consents, and releases that are necessary to grant to the Company the rights in and to such User Content, as contemplated under this policy, and

2) neither your Content nor Your posting, uploading, publication, submission or transmittal of the Content or Company’s use of your Content (or any portion thereof) will infringe, misappropriate, or violate a third party’s patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights or other proprietary or intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy, or result in the violation of any applicable law or regulation.

No User shall share any kind of personal content of another person, including pictures or videos of people without their explicit consent. Do not post anyone’s personal or intimate photos or videos on the Platform. On receiving reports, we will remove such content. Revealing someone’s personal data or sensitive personal data, including without limitation, phone number, address, financial information, Aadhar Number, and Passport information, or threatening someone using this information, will be considered as harassing them, and such activities are unacceptable.

The User shall be responsible for the content posted on the Platform and the company shall neither bear responsibility nor be held liable for any content posted by the User on the platform.

8. Location Data

We may use and store information about your location if you give us permission to do so (“Location Data”). We use this data to provide features of our Service, to improve and customize our Service.

You can enable or disable location services when you use our Service at any time by way of your device settings.

9. Tracking Cookies Data

17. Your Data Protection Rights under General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

If you are a resident of India or the European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights, covered by GDPR, & IT Act.

We aim to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data.

The User/Customer/Client understands & agrees to indemnify Yogiware Technologies Private Limited & Unity The app, its directors/staff/employees/agents against any claims whatsoever arising out of the Services/Solutions provided to the User/Customer/Client.

The User/Customer/Client understands & agrees to the following terms & conditions under which the Services/Solutions are provided by Yogiware Technologies Private Limited& its staff/directors/agents/employees.

1) Yogiware Technologies Limited & Unity The app neither proposes nor commits any guarantee/warranty/promise for the success or failure or no-result or adverse result of its services and any side-effects thereof.

2) Yogiware Technologies Private Limited & Unity The app will not be held responsible (in any way) for any adverse happening including (but not limited to) the loss of money, property (movable or immovable), life, health or wellbeing of the User/Client/Customer/its family members/relations/friends during or before or after the use of service sought by user/client/customer & provided by Yogiware Technologies Private Limited & Unity The app

3) Yogiware Technologies Private Limited & Unity The app will not be held responsible (in any way) for any wrongful information/duplication of data etc provided by the client/customer/user either intentionally or un-intentionally and thus any result (through offered services) or lack of it thereof.

4) Yogiware Technologies Private Limited & Unity The app will not be held responsible (in any way) for any wrongful transaction done by user/client/customer. Any such transaction and the equivalent amount will neither be refunded (in parts or complete) nor any claims be entertained.

5) Yogiware Technologies Private Limited & Unity The app will not be held responsible (in any way) for the quality/quantity of services provided by Yogiware Technologies Limited & Unity The app for its services.

6) Yogiware Technologies has the right to edit, stop or monitor the service to ensure the quality and compliance to legal framework.

7) Yogiware Technologies & Unity The app will be under its rights to initiate any legal action/proceeding/suit against the user/client/customer who/which may indulge in inappropriate/illegal/unethical actions including (but not limited to) stalking/harassment/botheration/acts to defame/propagating false information or any material breach of the legal/privacy policy mentioned here or any terms which are implied & not explicitly mentioned here.

User shall not use copy, adapt, modify, prepare derivative works of, distribute, license, sell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, broadcast or otherwise exploit the application (Unity The app) or Collective Content, except to the extent you are the legal owner of certain User Content. No licenses or rights are granted to user by implication or otherwise under any intellectual property rights owned or controlled by the Company or its licensors.
